REVIEW POLICY

Your feedback matters to us! It helps us improve the quality of our products and services, and can guide other consumers in their choice.

This policy how we collect, moderate and publish reviews.

1. Who can leave a review?

If you have purchased one or more products on our website, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to leave a review for that product or those products.

The YOTPO software allows us to verify that you have had a real experience with our products and that the email address used to purchase the product matches the one used to write the review.

2. Under what conditions are reviews published?

Reviews from verified buyers are published in full on our website, on the relevant product page, from newest to oldest.

Depending on your level of satisfaction, you can choose to rate each product with a star rating between 1 and 5. On the product page, the star rating reflects the average of the published reviews for that product.

We reserve the right to refuse to publish or to remove any review that:

contains illegal content (including insulting, defamatory or discriminatory language);

is not issued by a verified buyer or not pertaining to the correct product;

is posted multiple times by the same buyer for the same product;

is biased, unfair or issued in a situation involving a conflict of interest;

contains advertising or promotional content.

3. How do I report abuse?

If you believe a review is false or violates our terms and conditions, you can report it by email to contact@martinecosmetics.com. We will verify the review and the take necessary action.
